		<description>Hi Edward, thanks for your feedback, in my case, I had installed the VMtools accrodingly. The issue now is the resource consume from host, but low utilization on VM level.</description>

		<description>Be sure to install VMware tools on your Netware server. This will cut down of the CPU usage as Netware has an idle process that causes the usage. Once the tools are installed CPU usage will return to normal. Thanks for the tip on multi-processors in VMware.</description>
